* There is only one time replacement policy for all eligible products.
* All tags need to be intact, items sent without tags or broken tags will not be exchanged. In case you need an exchange for such a product it will be on a chargeable basis.
* All returns must be in unused/unwashed condition.
* At the time of pick-ups, handover only those items for which an exchange is needed.
* Fresh sizes are issued once the exchange items are received and quality check is done.

* Size exchange requests placed after 14th March'23 will be processed after 30th March'23 due to financial year end closure.
