Return & Exchange Policy

Size Exchanges
* To claim for size exchange, please intimate us via email ( and raise exchange request within 7 days of receipt of the products stating the reason and required size/s. If no request is raised within 7 days of delivery of the items then your order is closed at our system and unfortunately exchange requests cannot be entertained.

* Reverse Pickups are available for most pin codes. However, in case reverse pickup is not available for a pincode, customer is expected to self-ship the parcel.

* Standard timeline for the exchange is approximately 10-15 days as it includes two way shipping time and processing time.

* There is only one time replacement policy for all eligible products.

* All tags need to be intact, items sent without tags or broken tags will not be exchanged. In case you need an exchange for such a product it will be on a chargeable basis.

* We highly recommend not to send such items for exchange where deodorant or perfume has been applied on the items. Customer experience is of utmost importance to us and if we cannot pass on the item sent by you for an exchange to another customer then those items are discarded and exchanges are not issued against those items. Shipping charges of the used items in such cases will be borne by the customer.

* All return items sent for size exchanges must be in unused/unwashed condition.

* Our products goes through rigorous quality check during the time of manufacturing and after. In case of exchange request for reasons such as the fabric being torn or damaged, we need a proof such as video during the opening of the package.

* At the time of pick-ups, handover only those items for which an exchange is needed.

* Custom items, International Orders and products where explicitly written that exchanges not available, are not eligible for exchanges, returns or refunds.

* We will issue the new sizes mentioned in the exchange notes once the items are received at our end and inspected for quality. Design changes are not allowed during the size exchange process. 

* Sale products or any sort of product bought under an offer or scheme is ineligible for size exchange.

* Products with any sort of customization like year will not be eligible for exchange at end of year due to irrelevance of product after year change..

Items that cannot be exchanged:

  • Bulk Orders
  • T Bhai Gift cards or Vouchers
  • Custom, Discounted, Free or Sale products
  • Festive or special occasion t-shirts cannot be returned or exchanged post the occasion
  • If specifically stated in the product

    *Shipping charges are non-refundable.

    All items purchased on TBhai are custom made and printed just for you. We cannot offer a return unless the item is defective. Defect if any, should be raised on the date of delivery itself else defect is not accepted. In case of a valid defect either a replacement will be offered or a store voucher of equivalent amount will be given. Any purchases done with such a voucher will not be eligible for a size exchanges.

    * All items sold on are custom printed specially for you, so returns are not accepted in any case.
    * In case items received by you are defective then you may drop a mail to for resolution. The resolution offered by the team is final & binding.
