Return Exchange Cancellation Policy

Size Exchanges
We want you to love your TBhai items! This policy outlines the process for exchanging an item for a different size.

You have 5 days from the date of delivery to initiate a size exchange for eligible apparels. Requests received after 5 days will not be accepted.

How to Initiate an Exchange:
Drop an email to Support@TBhai.com within the 5-day window, stating the following:
Your order number
The item(s) you want to exchange
The desired new size(s)
Once we receive your email request, we will review it and notify you of the approval.
If the exchange is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address via email.

Returning Your Item:
Carefully pack the item(s) you wish to exchange in their original packaging (if possible).
Ship the item(s) to the address provided in our email using a trackable shipping method.
Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

Receiving Your Exchange:
Upon receiving your returned item(s), we will perform a quick quality check.
If the item(s) meet our return criteria (unworn, unwashed, no perfumes or deodrants, with tags attached), we will issue your new size(s) as soon as possible.

Important Notes:
Custom items, International Orders and products where explicitly written that exchanges not available, are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
Products with specific customizations like year will not be eligible for exchange at end of year (Month of December) due to irrelevance of the product. Same applies for festival t-shirts, size exchanges for such items are not available after festival is over or too close to festival.
There is only one time replacement policy for all eligible products.
Design/Product changes are not allowed during the size exchange process.
Sale products or any sort of product bought under an offer is ineligible for size exchange.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time.

Returns:
* All items sold on TBhai.com are custom printed specially for you, so returns are not accepted in any case.
* Please note that due to variations in screen displays and lighting conditions, the actual product color may slightly differ from what is shown online. These variations are not grounds for returns.
* Minor design changes such as but not limited to neck patterns, neck widths, string patterns can be there due to ever changing production process. While we strive for consistency, these variations are considered acceptable, are unavoidable and will not warrant returns.

Defective Items:
* Should you receive a defective item, kindly email our support team at support@tbhai.com. The resolution offered by our team will be considered final and binding.
* Product Defect if any need to be raised on the day of delivery itself.
* We highly recommend to make a clear parcel opening video that shows item defects when parcel is opened. Parcel opening video is a must to claim for any defect.

Cancellations:
* Since all items are printed to order, order cancellations are not accepted.
