Returns & Exchanges

All items purchased on TBhai are custom made and printed just for you. We cannot offer returns unless the item is defective.

1. To claim for size exchange, you need to intimate us via email (Support@TBhai.com) within 5 days of receipt of the products stating the reason and required size/s failing which exchange/return request cannot be taken up.
2. There is only one time replacement/return policy for all products
3. All returns must be in unused/unwashed condition.
4. Only send the items for which size exchange is needed
5. We will raise a pickup request for you. Reverse pick-up facility is available on selected pin codes.
6. We will suggest you to self-ship your order when reverse pick-up is not available for your pin code OR our courier partner is facing issues/challenges in servicing your area OR in case where the original order placed was itself incorrect.
7. In case you choose to self-ship your return, you are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service. We do not recommend sending your articles via India Post. Self shipped parcels should reach us within 15 days to be eligible for any exchange.

Once returned items are received and inspected, we will notify you about the approval or rejection of your exchange request and issue new size/s. Please note, exchange tees will be processed and shipped once we receive your parcel. Entire size exchange process can take up to 1-2 weeks.
